Returns & Cancellations

All return and cancellation requests are processed with our no questions asked policy and you are subjected to a 30-days money back guarantee under certain conditions including but not limited to:

  • You received a damaged item
  • Your order has exceeded the maximum shipping time of 60 days.
  • You received a different item

All exchanges/returns shipping fees and charges are covered by the customer. In cases of damaged items, the cost of shipping is reimbursed by our team upon receiving the item and carefully inspecting the item. Unfortunately, Relatable Fashion is not liable for any misuse and/or tampering initiated by the courier service or local customs as all items are inspected for quality control and assurance. In the case where such rare incidents occur, we will review such incidents on a case-by-case scenario to keep you a happy client and to ensure returning business.
